What can be returned? 
All our knives are guaranteed for life and are returnable within the first 14 days of purchase if it is not to your liking?

When do items need to be returned?
If you are not completely satisfied when you receive your new knife you have two weeks from the date of purchase for a full refund.

Shipping for returns?
Original shipping fee is not refundable.   If you are returning an item you, the buyer, will be responsible the cost of shipping the item back to us.

You’re full purchase price less the original shipping fee will be credited back to you by check (sent by mail).
